1st year was great mostly, towards the end I thought I should cancel my PawPlan and didn't and it has been the worst. The staff has changed and it's poorly run, feels shady and money grabbing without getting anything of quality. My last session they ran 40min behind and my cat is scared of going to begin with, they then had new/inexperienced staff working with him, didn't let me come back and he wasn't treatable that day because of how anxious he got. I'm going to a vet 30min away instead that puts the patients and pets first, waste of time and money.

I first arrived to Lynnwood about 7 years ago, and was unsure of where to take my two chihuahuas, I unexpectedly stumbled upon Northpointe Animal Hospital, and I've been with them ever since, while there have been some structural changes to the Northpointe team, the level of service and care they have for my chihuahuas has never changed, I always feel comfortable with services and treatments recommended by their team, and that they are always looking out for my dogs best interest. Even through the pandemic I never felt worried leaving my dogs with them, I found it easier and less stressful for me and my dogs! I will always cherish the Northpointe Animal Hospital team and what they do for my dogs especially as they are getting into their senior years now.

The staff and doctors are all very caring and kind both to my elderly standard Poodle, Beaujolais, and me. They take the time to really give Beaujolais a thorough going over and explain to me what I need to know to care for her properly, even during COVID when the doctor would come out to my car to discuss her. They always follow up with a call to see how she is faring with her meds or what have you. They're great about finding an appointment that suits my schedule even on short notice. This recent appointment was the first time I was able to go with her to the exam room and it was great to see in person how nicely they interact with Beaujolais. Definitely recommend Northpointe! UPDATE: I had to let Beaujolais go in October. It was heartbreaking. The staff at the clinic sent the nicest sympathy card. I was so touched. If I ever find another pet, we’ll be back with Northpointe.

I couldn't give this vet more stars if I wanted to! The team here always gives exceptional service and are incredibly kind. I have been taking my animals here since moving to the US in 2015 and I've never looked back. The staff are not only friendly but very accommodating, knowledgeable and understanding. My pets aren't ever just treat as furry patients; they're are cared for like family here. The services they offer like Paw Plans are greatly priced and worth every penny too. If you are looking for a veterinary practice that cares about the well-being of your furry companion as much as you do, look no further - Northpointe Animal Hospital is the place to go. I highly recommend these guys to everyone I know and strangers alike.

Mushroom & Blackberry may as well be my children — I adopted them this year and I love them so much. I knew that choosing a vet would be the most important decision I would have to make about their health. A friend recommended Northpointe, and I’m so glad I decided to take their recommendation. We primarily see Dr. Bruce — Dr. Bruce is caring, gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. The other doctors are incredible as well. The front desk staff is so helpful. Anytime I have a minor question they are easily accessible by phone or email and they get me the answers I’m looking for, usually within minutes. I have had a few medical concerns pop up for the boys during their first year. Anytime there is an issue, the staff has done everything they can to provide the best care for my babies. I trust them! Thank you, Northpointe!!!

I am giving three stars not because of the service, I have always had a good experience with the vets here. But the last time i was here I had to get my cat his vaccines, and I was interested in the paw plan as I am not made of money and was worried about the upfront cost of the vaccines. What i didn’t realize was that it’s a 12 MINIMUM. I feel a little misled and wasn’t fully informed on the now 500 dollars i will be paying. Should have just paid upfront instead.

We started taking our pets to Northpointe 8 years ago. The Docs and Techs have always been friendly and professional. They have helped us through some really bad times and times of joy. When my beloved cat of 10 years came down with cancer they treated her better than I could have ever imagined, and in the process comforted us. In the end we knew she'd gotten the best care by a truly dedicated staff. After we said goodbye to her, the doc even sent us flowers and a touching note. We take all of our animals to Northpointe. We trust them with our babies. Attached are pictures of our cats Echo and Murphy during a check up appointment. Echo, the 'Tortie in a half shell', always makes them laugh when she brings her turtle pillow with her! Seriously love this place!

I'm trying to get my dog's swollen lymph nodes treated, she had a cytology done here. They said it wasn't cancerous and gave her two rounds of antibiotics, different kinds respectively. When it was still swollen, they wanted to do a second cytology. I couldn't pay for a second cytology on the day, asked if they had a payment plan (they don't), and eventually had to reschedule after I had the money. I overheard the vet director in the back say if I love my dog, I should be able to drop the money for her and that I shouldn't have a dog if I can't pay for her. It was so incredibly rude, I am planning on cancelling their PAW plan and finding another vet. Edit: The vet director personally called me to apologize about what happened. I had since then brought my dog to a different vet and it was determined as cancer. She fought hard for 4 months but ultimately we had to let her go in October. I always wonder what the outcome could have been if she was diagnosed earlier.
